To Register

For each child registered, please remit a registration form, student information and release form, behavior policy form and the $50 registration/insurance fee.

Classes have been cancelled for the 2009-2010 academic year.

Registration is accepted on a first come, first served basis. Registration is the only way to reserve your child’s place. All forms must be filled out completely and mailed with the registration fee. Incomplete or missing forms will be returned and result in the delay of processing your application. Please don’t risk losing your child’s place in a class due to incomplete forms.

You will need to be paid in full by September 1st.. We require a year-long commitment and payment of the full tuition before classes begin. All fees are non-refundable after September 1st.  We hire our instructors for a full year and must be able to guarantee their salaries.

There is a $29 service charge for all returned checks.

Classes begin September 14th. Most are 30 weeks in length. There are scheduled breaks for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Classes are scheduled to be held at Grace Community Church near the Asheville airport.

We realize there may be a free block of time between classes. Students must either be in a lab, study hall or leave the campus. Study Hall will be provided for a $95 per child fee. Please add this Study Hall as a class to your registration. No student will be allowed to stay unless arrangements have been made.

Getting books is your responsibility. Required books are listed with the course descriptions. When you purchase them, please check the ISBN to make sure you have the correct edition.
